1 / Is there an age restriction for the events?
There is an age restriction of 14+ who can attend our events with an accompanying adult over the age of 18.
2 / Can you please confirm the accessibility for wheelchair users?
All our venues are accessibility friendly. Our crew carry ramps around with them if needed and are happy to help.
3 / Do we need to pay for parking?
White Line Parking Management has taken over all parking for our events. Parking will need to be pre-booked before the event. For any queries regarding parking please contact:

4 / Where are my tickets?
Your tickets will be sent via email. When searching for your tickets in your mail box please search "WIX" or "You're Going". Please also check your junk folder just in case.
5 / What does my ticket gain access to?
All tickets provide access to the venue including the photo area with props. Each ticket includes one vote in your perspective jurys.
6 / Where is the venue?
All are venues will be announced on our website and social media pages. If you are a member and subscribed to our website you will receive venue announcement email. Additionally, we publish the 'What 3 Words' which will take you specifically to the car park should your sat nav system take you a little further away.

7 / How do I confirm discounted ticket?
Using reduced rate tickets must have either a valid blue light card, NHS ID badge, military ID or NUS card for each discounted ticket. Failure to present valid ID will result in tickets becoming void and admission refused without refund.
8 / Do you offer any support for hearing impaired?
Yes, if you require assistance we are able to provide BSL support at our events, please contact jury@themurdertriallive.co.uk to arrange this.
